Frank is a marketing and management educator with over 25 years experience as a practitioner, consultant, lecturer and tutor. He has written, delivered and assessed courses, seminars and workshops for institutions such as CIM, Queen’s University Belfast, Belfast Metropolitan College and the Open University, as well as many other respected public and private sector organisations and brands.
Frank is also a visiting tutor at Henley Management College on the International Executive MBA programme, a Fellow of CIM, Chartered Marketer, member of The Professional Institute of Educational Assessors, published author and Subject Examiner for a number of professional and academic awarding bodies. Frank’s second book on project management in marketing was published by BPP Learning Media in September 2012.

Centre Manager and Principal Support
Danielle has over 10 years experience working in Administration and Operations. She has worked with various high profile organisations within Ireland and she joined Belfast Academy of Marketing in September 2014 in a consultancy role.
Danielle is your first point of contact at Belfast Academy of Marketing, managing our mailboxes and social media accounts, and will assist you in beginning and continuing your studies. Danielle enjoys interacting with potential students to help them explore their options at BAM.
The role of Centre Manager gives Danielle the responsibility of ensuring all our classes and workshops are organised in the best venues in Belfast. Danielle leads on our social media marketing, website maintenance to ensure all our contacts and students are kept informed. She is also the support for the Principal and issues communications and updates on his behalf.

Danielle is a CIM Member and is a current student on the CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing.
Dolores has brought to BAM a wealth of experience in education and particularly CIM. Dolores has taught in Belfast Met, SERC (both at Downpatrick and Lisburn) and Oxford College of Marketing.During this time Dolores was awarded CIM lecturer of the year.
In addition, Dolores is currently an examiner with the CIM and has over 30 years of a relationship with them.
Dolores has considerable experience with the Scottish Education Authority and is the author of a Comtemporary Marketing module at level 5.
Dolores also brings industry experience with her, both local and international, working mainly in the food industry.
She loves to cook and travel.
Kate has more than 20 years’ experience in marketing communications and business development, with a proven track record in the design and delivery of marketing campaigns. She has delivered successful marketing plans on a local, national and international basis to meet business objectives and maximise opportunities for organisations in both the public and private sector.
Kate has extensive experience of managing a training business including the development of policies and procedures for quality management, event management and administration. She is also a CIPD qualified trainer and has practical experience of training design and delivery for a large number of public sector organisations.
Kate is our tutor for the CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing.

Senior Associate & Digital Lead
Ed is the Digital Lead at a Belfast-based communications agency.
He is an experienced marketing professional, with both client and agency experience, who specialises in developing and delivering digital strategies.
In previous roles Ed has worked with clients throughout the UK and Ireland to develop and deliver digital marketing strategies, including such brands as firmus energy, Ulster Bank, Vodafone and Enterprise Ireland. Prior to joining his current agency he was Head of Marketing at Dublin-based Fintech start-up Rubicoin.
Ed is also a Lecturer and course Co-Ordinator in Digital Marketing Strategy at the Ulster University Business School.
We first met Ed when Frank was his tutor for the CIM Postgraduate Diploma which he successfully completed in 2011. Ed is our lead tutor on the New CIM Digital Diploma.
With the better part of 25 years in the advertising, marketing and communications industry, Damian has worked with everyone from senior government officials and start-ups; to marketing managers for international brands and micro-business owner-managers… and everybody in between.
A professional marketing, digital marketing, and social media mentor, coach, trainer, and speaker, Damian has delivered 1000s of hours of mentoring and training to 100s of SMEs, micro-businesses and starts-ups across the island of Ireland and beyond.
He has helped brands and businesses reach and engage audiences locally, nationally and internationally: from Magherafelt to Manchester, from Malahide to Malaysia.
Damian is a quality assured business advisor and holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the CAM Foundation.
Joanne has more than 20 years’ experience as a senior marketing professional within the FMCG, Media and Construction sectors.
She has delivered successful marketing campaigns on a local and international basis for brands such as Magners Cider and Linwoods Health Foods; the latter of which saw the launch of over 10 export markets including USA, Spain, Italy, France and Holland. Joanne has extensive experience in building marketing teams and structures that are fit for purpose to deliver on organisational goals and objectives.
She has a MBA from QUB, gained the Professional PostGrad Diploma through the Belfast Academy of Marketing, is a Chartered Marketeer and has also gained a Certificate in Education, which allows her to also lecture part-time for South West College for the Institute of Leadership & Management courses.
Joanne brings with her extensive knowledge on brand marketing plus the role marketing plays in supporting sales strategies for fast-paced businesses who are focused on achieving continuous and improved business performance.
